Teddy Bear & Toiletry Drive

Benefiting Midland Police Department & Safe Place

The Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Mid-Town Soldiers Boxing Club have teamed up to help those less fortunate.  Teddy Bears and toiletries are currently being accepted for the benefit of the Midland Police Department and Safe Place of Midland.

Mid-Town Soldiers is a non profit organization which helps underprivileged children stay out of trouble, off the streets and maintain a healthy body through boxing.  “The community of Midland has been very good to our organization and our kids would like to show their appreciation by having this drive,” said Lalo Lujan, Mid-Town Soldiers President.

Donations are being accepted at the MHCC Offices located at 208 S. Marienfeld or at the Clayton Williams Boxing Club located at 200 E. New Jersey.
