Join us as we celebrate the exciting launch of Downtown Grub Hub Food Trucks with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by the Midland Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This new food‑truck hub brings together local flavors, creative vendors, and a vibrant community space right in the heart of Odessa.
Guests can enjoy Happy Hour from 4–7 PM, explore a variety of food trucks, and take advantage of a fun launch‑day perk — try 3 trucks and receive a FREE frozen margarita. It’s the perfect way to support local businesses while enjoying great food, great people, and great energy.
